On October 25, 2018, Melek Önen, EURECOM associate professor in the Digital Security Department and PAPAYA Coordinator, gave an overview about the project at the event organized by the EU-funded H2020 project PoseID-on at the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance (coordinator of PoseID-on) , Rome.

The event was titled “Digital Identity, Privacy Threats and Business Opportunities, Will the technology fix everything?”

Well-known experts belonging to the Identity and Privacy field of Europe talked about the main challenges ahead, and how research projects are dealing with them, to provide solutions that will improve the widening demanding needs for European citizens.
